Family fun day Sunday 26th July 2-7pm

A great afternoon and early evening has been organised for Homerton staff and their families taking in classes and activities at the Clissold Leisure followed by  picnic in Clissold park.  Activities on offer throughout the day will include

• Spin classes
• Swimming
• Brazilian Dance
• badminton and table tennis for adults
• magic castle, face painting and football  for youngsters and toddlers.

There’s something for all members of the family to do together or apart and a crèche giving you some elbow room.  All activities and the picnic are free of charge but prior booking is required by visiting the Eventbrite website

Take a virtual tour of the leisure centre where you will be from 2pm taking as many classes as you can fit in (warning: it takes about 30 seconds to loadbut it gives a comprehensive view of what the Leisure centre offers.)When you have an idea of the kinds of activities you want to take part in you can get the complete schedule here and organise your afternoon.

You can tire yourself out from 2pm for three hours and at 5pm, when you want to chill, you can do so in the idyllic grounds of the elegant Clissold House where a picnic will be awaiting you. For those of you who still have the energy you can try out the surf simulator. There’s never a bad time to do something you’ve never done before. If you don’t want to sit around eating and drinking you can stroll the landscape and forget where you are.
