RE: Disabled Children Service (DCS) and Short Breaks Team relocation

We write to inform you that the Disabled Children Services and Short Breaks Team will be relocating on 30^th October 2015 to the following address:

Following the recent legislation around the Special Education Needs and Disability reforms, DCS will be moving to become integral to the new way of working with SEN by supporting processes, joining up assessments and having integrated outcomes. This approach will benefit children and young people and help parents feel that services are connected to their children/young person.

The Short Breaks Team will also relocate to Hackney Learning Trust, but will continue to offer Mondays and Thursdays at Hackney Ark to support parents with Short Breaks enquiries.
