Disabled Badminton
Badminton is great for hand-eye co-ordination skills taught from a trained professional. One-to-one or group sessions for children, young people and adults with or without disabilities. £15 – £25 per hour for 1 to 1 sessions and group sessions
No Limits Archery
Improve your aim and go for the bullseye at No Limits Archery. This club is for young people aged 7 – 19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or disabilities and their non-disabled family and friends. It runs on Tuesdays at Forest Road Youth Hub from 4.00 – 6.00 pm.
Disability Swimming Sessions
Learn to swim or enjoy regular, safe supervised swimming at our swimming club for young people with a disability. The club runs on Tuesdays 5pm – 6pm for children and young people. Bring change for a locker so you can safely store your belongings.
